The tenant assumes full responsibility for the rental object and declares to have found the good state of maintenance and perfect functioning.
In the event of total or partial breakage or theft of the material, the lessee will be charged the value of the object hired at the current market price.
In the event of theft, the lessee undertakes to file a regular complaint with the competent police forces and to deliver a copy to the lessor.
In case of inadequate treatment of the rented equipment, the repair will be charged to the lessee according to the repair list in force.
The lessee expressly consents to the use of his personal data as indicated in the articles.13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
